The application deadline to be considered for a housing/travel grant or to arrange a carpool is Sunday, January 18, 2009. Requests received after this date for travel, housing or carpool assistance will be considered, but the likelihood of acceptance will diminish significantly. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis. All applications must be received by Tuesday, February 3, 2009.
