You organized in your community. You registered voters. You voted. Progressives won. Now what?
At the fifth annual Campus Progress National Conference, to be held on July 8, 2009, in Washington DC, hundreds of young people will come together to address the task of Delivering Change. They will discuss the critical challenges our generation faces, and to develop the ideas, networks, and innovations that will help us meet those challenges.
Our generation has a real opportunity to deliver change – to move the country in a strongly progressive direction. Just as our hard work was essential to bringing progressive results in 2008, we need to stay dedicated to working for progressive change, to pressing government for action, to ensuring an economic recovery effort that advances opportunity for all. At the Campus Progress National Conference, we’ll come together and prove we’re serious about a progressive future, and we’re not letting anyone stand in our way.
CPNC Caption Contest! Podesta Book Up for Grabs..
The way I see it, with the Conference photos up on our Facebook page, our options are to:
1. Quietly observe the photos while personally reflecting on them.
2. Comment politely on the people or events in the photo.
3. Contrive ridiculous quotes misrepresenting reality in order to achieve marginal amusement and win amazing prizes.

Step 2: Take a look at the pictures and come up with an amusing caption (a made-up quote, funny title, even demotivators). This serves as your official entry into the contest. Congrats.
Step 3: When the deadline hits, CP will stay up ‘till we’re slap happy and judge the entries.

- A limited-print Campus Progress t-shirt as worn by staff members at the Conference (wall-frame not included).

- A t-shirt like mentioned above
3rd place
- The limited-print Campus Progress t-shirt
RULES:1. Contest is open to everyone, attendees or not.
2. Explicit, inappropriate, overly-offensive comments and/or unnecessary personal attacks will not be considered. Just be reasonable.
3. One comment per person per photo only, please.
