whoooo! 328/400, I’m borderline dangerous.
— lefty ass - Mar 13, 03:52 AM - #For the last 8 years I have had C-span and CNBC on sometimes 20 hours a day.
Among the many shocking things I saw was 96 hour of the indoctrination of the College Republicans.
They spew hatred of liberals at least once at every paragraph. And under the organization called Young America’s Foundation they claim to have 900 of their trainees embedded in main stream and Public Media.
The Republicans are ruthlessly dangerous, are not going away and each time come back stronger.
They thrive on ignorance and utilize Generational Amnesia to train what I have concluded is akin to their Hitler Youth.
This is why I am very concerned that the Democrats do not have a strong enough set of tools to fight against the Brainwashing that has allowed the Republicans who have brought us 7 out of the last 10 administrations and 80% of the debt we’ve accrued since George Washington—- and still call themselves “conservative”
And why does Howard Dean get on MSNBC and describe what the Republicans must do to succeed in the future.
I was Media Trained in a large Corporation and see through the brainwashing that has been going on since at least 1980. When an extreme anti labor President convinced far too many workers that he was on their side when he wasn’t.
Though I do not want to move to DC I wonder if their is a way I could contribute to your organization by composing concepts and yes “Talking Points” that would contribute to a bank and a way for progressive people to get out the FACTS consisely as a direct way of reponding lie by lie.
I called Pelosi several months ago to suggest a way of “Framing” responses and found out that she has no PR department. This is in stark contrast to the fact that Mr. Bush had hired 450 PR people.
But PR people do not know the fact with which to respond.
I worked spent time in Afghanistant before the Soviets leveled it, once ran an American company in India, was there when MLK mad hsi most famous speech, worked on the first generations of Ethernet. And was a working adult in hight tech during Reagan. I watched as he lost us the lucrative Memory industry.
And about 4 years ago was shocked to discover that during the Bush years 800 Research Labs moved abroad due to Bush’s Stem Cell policies.
There are Key points that Democrats are not making. For example it should have been repeated over and over again that no more than beteen 1300 and 2,000 Al Quaeda was ever in Iraq.
Or that the Democratic vote on Iraq was to intimidate Sadam into allpwong the Inspectors in AND IT WORKED. And that it was Mr. Bush inc. that betrayed that vote.
I am concerned that you guys are set up as a none partisan organization. (a fact that I learned on C-SPAN’S q&A.
We must be tougher in the fight against the Radical Right Wing Republican Part as withought them who needs the terrorist!
I come cheap and would love to hear back how I can make a contribution without hacin to moving to DC.
