The Organizing of the President at Kalamazoo College

Al Giordano, a journalist and accomplished community organizer, will speak about the way in which Barack Obama used the principles of community organizing in his campaign to win the presidency. In addition, Giordano will discuss the opportunities that today’s community organizers have in building grassroots power to change the context in which Obama governs.
