Adonal Foyle

Adonal D. Foyle founded Democracy Matters in 2001 and is Chair of its Board. College students in Democracy Matters’ chapters nationwide advocate for pro-democracy reforms and public financing of election campaigns. Adonal Foyle, now in his ninth year in the NBA, is the starting center for the Golden State Warriors. He graduated from Colgate University in 1998 magna cum laude with a degree in History, and has received awards from the Greenlining Institute, the Mayor of San Francisco, the NBA, and many others for his outstanding political commitment and community involvement.
