As the Force Commander of the United Nations Mission to Rwanda, Senator Roméo Dallaire witnessed the failure of humanity to stop one of the worst genocides in the 20th century. University of Vermont STAND will be hosting Senator Dallaire as the Genocide Education Keynote Speaker during their April Month of Action. Senator Roméo Dallaire will be speaking about his experiences during the 1994 Rwandan genocide and his current humanitarian work.
