Thousands of protesters gathered from around the country to demonstrate against the right to an abortion.

Thousands attended Friday's 37th annual March for Life, lining the streets in Washington, D.C., and calling on Congress to pass legislation overturning Roe v. Wade. Marchers from high schools, universities, churches and community groups from around the nation attended, marking the anniversary of the Supreme Court decision that established a woman's right to end her pregnancy.

A youth group from Perryville, MO heads downtown. "We love babies, yes we do! We love babies, how about you?" shouts the group's leader, Shirley Klump.

Carolyn Berlandy, 20, of Farmington, Connecticut, was one of 543 individuals from Catholic University who attended the event.

Justin Severance, 11, traveled from Chicago to attend the rally. "L.I.F.E. Life!" he shouts with a group from his church.
Members of St. John Cansius in Chicago show their support for the march. "I want to do everything I can to save this generation from what it's becoming," says Adele Kelly, 17, far right. She says she sees most her generation "going down" and believes the rally is a first step to changing that.
Mary LaFata, 12, traveled four hours by bus to attend the rally with a group from Pennsylvania.

I believe that the March has had well over 200,000 thousand people every year for several years now. Maybe you should do a little more research.
