Donna Stroud

Donna Stroud is a Republican judge serving on the North Carolina Court of Appeals, elected in November 2006 as publicly funded candidate. She previously served as a judge on the Wake County District Court. Judge Stroud has a Juris Doctorate from Campbell University School of Law in North Carolina. In addition to her legal education, specialized training in mediation, and continuing judicial education required of all judges, Judge Stroud has also completed additional judicial education offered by the National Judicial College in Reno, Nevada.
