Give LGBT Couples the Right to Sponsor Partner Immigration

Under current U.S. law a heterosexual couple can both live together in this country even if one of them is not yet a citizen. However, this law excludes same-sex couples. LGBT couples cannot receive a visa for their partners to come live with them in this country until the Uniting American Families Act is passed.
