National Conference 2013 Application

Main Application

Applications to attend both the training day and national conference are preferred, but applications to attend a single day are OK as well (See the FAQ Page).

Space at the conference and related events is extremely limited. Apply early to provide the best chance to secure a spot. We will notify all applicants on a rolling basis by July 17, 2013.

Only attendees with confirmed registration will be permitted to enter the conference-no exceptions.

Scholarship applicants must also complete the training day application. If accepted for a scholarship, you will also be required to attend training day.

Training Day Application

Campus Progress Training Day will be held on July 18, 2013. Each participant will be placed into the Journalism or Advocacy track. The event will feature trainings and workshops about how to be effective advocates and journalists. Participants will learn how to plan issue campaigns, the difference between progressive and political journalism, and how to use social media effectively.

Space is limited so we want to make sure that interested participants commit to attend and plan to put these skills into action. Please answer the questions below and we will evaluate applicants based on their interest and future plans. You will hear from us about the status of your application shortly!

Payment Information

Your registration fee covers the post-conference party, the cost of food, and allows us to offer a limited number of travel scholarships. Please contribute what you can.
