.... was so funny. As mentioned in Ezra's piece today, Campus Progress has the honor of being featured on David Horowitz's Discover the Network website. Alas, Horowitz and his minions are just a tad sloppy in their research (this should come as no surprise to anyone familiar with the Free Exchange on Campus fact-check of Horowitz's book The Professors.) Their hyperlink for our director, David Halperin, has him confused with a well-known University of Michigan professor who has the same name. So, much to my surprise, I've discovered that my boss is apparently a "gay activist" who teaches a course called "How to be Gay: Male Homosexuality and Initiation." Not that there's anything wrong with that...
Well, some time has passed, and at least one other blog picked up this Link right after Ben wrote about it, but I noticed tonight that Discover The Network had never made a correction, so heck I just went ahead and emailed them tonight and didn't complain or anything but just pointed out the error. Within a few hours, I got back an email saying,

And they did remove it.
