And yes, I saw it over on sullvan's site and it's pretty damn cool for a visual explanation of housing price fluctuations.

sorry jr, i didn't get this from andrew sullivan. Nor from where Sullivan got it from. Sometimes things like this don't come from someone's blog. Actually looking closely I had it something like 12 hours before Sullivan. So maybe he's copying me!

Well, since the link still doesn't seem to up there's really no way for me to tell where you got it from, is there? And that wasn't me saying "hey, you got this from Sullivan," but rather, "I saw a representation of the housing market as a roller coaster over at Sullivan's site and, since I can't see what website you're talking about, I'm just going to assume that it's the same one I just saw that seems to match the description of something I just saw."
