I found a novel in this interesting establishment entitled Returning Lost Loves by an Israeli author named Yehoshua Kenaz. It's one of those fiction pieces that details the lives of four seemingly unrelated people whose lives intersect in interesting and unexpected ways. Yes, I know it sounds cliché. But seriously though, the author's style is so real, so human that it's a joy to read. It's one of those novels that makes you cringe and cry and laugh out loud because of the vivid writing. The form makes it great for metro reading and I actually finished it after five or six (albeit long) metro rides. READ IT.
Today's Sartorialist. While I definitely don't approve, I must say I wouldn't be surprised if I were wearing a belt clearly intended for a woman in like two years. Yay progress. Maybe we need more of it. This article was written three years ago and still hits some pretty timely themes.
