That ludicrous assertion shows a fundamental misunderstanding of Campus Progress. I made the point in my article that we routinely credential reporters irrespective of their ideological background for our conference (though I never suggested Jason Mattera, fearless protector of YAF credentials, attended--though he could have if he wanted to.) CampusProgress.org also isn't in the business of ideological exclusion and censorship. Anyone can have a blog on the site and bloggers--including this one--have certainly been critical of progressives as well as conservatives. No one directs what I write on the blog--certainly not Soros. Articles that are edited are checked for accuracy and clarity of argument rather than ideological slant. Ron Robinson's response not only inaccurately portrays my article's message, and fails to address my points, but also represents a fundamental misunderstanding of the mission and operation of our organization. Perhaps this is based on Robinson's experience with his own.
