Jamaica’s 45th Anniversary Celebration

 

This is going to be fun. Jamaica is celebrating 45 years of freedom this year. To commemorate this event, the Embassy of Jamaica in DC is celebrating with events all weekend long here in DC and Maryland. Events are scheduled for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. But the Festival is going to be the show! It is free to attend, which everyone knows is so important to me. There will be Reggae performances by SHAGGY and other groups.
