Another student and I have been hard at work listening to what people are saying at CPAC. Here are some of our favorites...
"People in Canada are so supportive of gay rights because there's no hockey right now and guys are just sitting around and talking about their feelings."
"All women should join the NRA."
"When we get to Sen. Specter's office, there won't be any hippy stuff."
"If there is a tiny bit of obstruction I am going to camp out in his [Specter's] office."
"This is a monument to wasted spending." -Talking about the Calder piece in the Hart Senate Office Building. What they don't know is that the art was put there by a Republican.
"Public schools are huge indoctrination zones."
"Just don't touch each other’s stuff. If that isn't conservatism I don't know what it."
"I got two articles rejected from my school paper because they called them hate speech. I framed that rejection letter I was so proud."
