MPAC put its packet together by October 4th, complete with talking points for soundbite lovers and other misdirection methods.

When you are behind, you are behind. So, it is time for us all to catch up - I wonder - how quickly will the 130million women who were victims of genital mutilation catch up on the pleasures of sex?
