Who is being irresponsible here?
President Bush called the Democrats in Congress "irresponsible" for passing the troop withdrawal bill that includes a timetable.

Here's the exact quote by Bush:   " In a time of war, it's irresponsible for the...  Democratic leadership in Congress to delay for months on end while our  troops in combat are waiting for the funds. The bottom line is this:  Congress's failure to fund our troops on the front lines will mean  that some of our military families could wait longer for their loved ones to return from the front lines. And others could see their loved  ones headed back to the war sooner than they need to. That is  unacceptable to me, and I believe it is unacceptable to the American people."Talk about irresponsible. Who was the one that ordered the invasion of Iraq and thus started the war in the first place, against the will of half of this country and against the advice of every other nation in the world (except maybe for Great Britain and Australia)? Was that not irresonsible? The troops could easily get the money they need. President Bush only needs to sign the bill once it arrives on his desk and that'd be it. However, if denying the timetable is more important to the President than giving the troops the money they need (and it appears that this is the case), then I think he's the one who's being irresponsible.
