Editorial Research Internship, Foreign Policy Researchers work on a variety of issues and projects for both the print edition of the magazine and our award-winning Web site, ForeignPolicy.com. It is primarily a research internship, with a heavy emphasis on writing and reporting for the Web. Researchers assist editors in planning content, fact-check articles and work with writers to ensure accuracy, proofread articles prior to publication, attend editorial meetings, and develop and propose story ideas for upcoming issues. They have the opportunity to write and work with an editor on at least one short piece (published at the editor’s discretion). Some administrative work is required.
