Student Rep Renewal Application

Welcome back Campus Progress Reps and former Advisory Board Members! We have enjoyed working with you throughout the 2007-2008 school year, and hope that you will remain a part of the network next year.

The following application should be used only if you have already served as a Campus Progress Rep or Advisory Board Member and would like to re-apply to be a CP Rep or a member of the Student Advisory Board for the 2008-2009 school year.

We would really appreciate hearing from you about your experience with the program, and about how we can improve the student network. If you haven’t already, please take a few minutes to fill out the Student Rep Spring Survey.
